The Freshers’ Reception to welcome the newly admitted students of Spring 2011 was held on February 13, 2011 at the auditorium of the State University of Bangladesh (SUB).

Eminent Educationist and Literary Personality Prof. Abdullah Abu Sayeed, Chairman and Chief Executive, Bishwa Sahittya Kendra was the chief guest in the ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Prof. Dr. Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of the University.

Chief Guest in his speech welcomed the newcomers and urged upon them to devote themselves for acquiring knowledge so as to face the challenges in their life. Prof. Dr. Iftekhar Ghani Chowdhury in his presidential speech welcomed the newcomers and advised them to acquire knowledge in its true perspectives.

Prof. Dr. S.M.A. Faiz, Member of Syndicate, SUB, Major General (Rtd.) Dr. M Shahjahan, Treasurer & Advisor, School of Health Sciences, Prof. A A K M Lutfuzzaman, Dean, School of Science & Technology among others Prof. A Y M Ekram-Ud-Daulah, Registrar also apprised the Freshers code of conduct to be followed by them on the occasion.

The reception ceremony ended with a colorful cultural program organized by the students of the University.

The students of Law Department, ASA University Bangladesh organized a 'Pitha Utshab' (Cake festival) today (13 February 2011) in campus premises. Prof. Dr. A.B.M. Mahbubul Islam, Dean, Faculty of Law inaugurated the festival.
On the festival stalls offered various kinds of traditional rice cakes that are made in this season [winter] across the country.

Chairman, Board of Trustees, ASA University Bangladesh, Mr. Md. Shafiqual Haque Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, ASA University Bangladesh Prof. Md. Muinuddin Khan, Dean, Faculty of Science and Engineering & Chairman, Dept. of Pharmacy, Professor Bilkis Begum, Md. Shanjahan Registrar of ASA University Bangladesh and teachers of Pharmacy, ASA University Bangladesh  were present on the program.
In the orientation Program, the speakers exchanged their views with new students on course Structure and syllabus of Bachelor of Pharmacy It is mentionable that, from Spring 2011 Semester ASA University Bangladesh introduced Pharmacy Department.

Stamford Debate Forum (SDF)


Stamford Debate Forum (SDF) has marked a concrete example in the debate arena through making debaters, organizing debates and participating in the tournament. It enlightens the fresh students to became logical and good debaters thus helping in personal skill development. Because of fairness in organizing, hospitality and strength of the members, SDF is known as the best.
The practice of debate among the students started increasing in a greater extent from the year 2000. Now-a-days when the world is moving fast towards logic, it urges the students to become logical and participate in debates. The impact of debate among the students shows knowledge, better personal skills and eloquence.
Stamford University Bangladesh started its journey in 2002 by the endeavor of Prof. Dr. Hannan Feroz. With the vision of spreading standard education in Bangladesh, Stamford University is now having thirteen departments and around 10,000 students. Prof. Dr. Hannan Feroz not only ensured quality education but also patronized debating and made a rare example as a private university to compete with the public universities.
Starting of the journey of SDF : SDF started its journey in 2004 by the supervision of the faculty members Manzoorul Abedin and Tahsina Yasmin. With few members at that time SDF participated in many tournaments throughout the year.
Flourishing: In the year of 2005 SDF started flourishing when Mahbubur Rahman, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering and former president, BUET Debating Club joined Stamford University Bangladesh and started guiding the members of SDF being a coordinator. The debaters got the chance to increase their skill, ability, standard, and started finding the success in debate.
Achievement: Throughout its colorful journey SDF gained the pride of being champion and runner-up in lots of tournaments. In the year 2006, SDF became champion in “Dristy Debate Championship”. SDF became runner-up in the same year in 1st Stamford National Debate Championship.
In 2007, SDF became runner-up in several tournaments including Uttara University Debate Championship, GOD Debate Championship and 2nd Stamford National Debate Championship.
In 2008, SDF got the pride to become the champion in Chittagong University Debate Championship. In the same year SDF became runner-up in Ekushe Hall Debate Championship, AIUB Debate Championship and Zia Hall Debate Championship. SDF was declared as the best debate club in that year. SDF was also successfull in international arena breaking in Delhi Rhetoric 2008.
In 2009, SDF became runner-up in Dristy English Debate Championship. Two teams of SDF also became champion and runner-up in 1st ULAB Bangla Debate Championship and runner-up in 1st ULAB English Debate Championship in that year.
In 2010, SDF became runner-up in Bangabandhu Hall Debate Championship and Prime Bank - NDDC Debate Championship.
SDF won the BTV National Debate for the first time in that year.
In early 2011 SDF won Cambrian University Campus Parliament in ATN Bangla.
International Participation: SDF participated in various international tournaments throughout its journey. In 2007, SDF team participated in Delhi University Debate Championship. SDF participated in Worlds Debate Championship, Thailand in that year.
Two teams of SDF participated in All Asian Debate Championship, NSU, 2008. In the same year one team of SDF broke in Delhi Rhetoric.
In 2009 SDF participated in AUDC organized by East West University. SDF participated in NLS Debate, Bangalore towards the end of 2009. In 2010 SDF participated in 1st United Asian Debate Championship, Thailand.
Organizing: Organizing free and fair debate made SDF a remarkable organization in the debate arena. SDF has organized five National Debate Tournaments where the famous schools, colleges and universities feel proud to participate. 1st Stamford National Debate Championship was held in 2006 where 34 teams participated. 2nd National was held in 2007 having 63 teams. 91 teams participated in 3rd National held in 2008. 4th Stamford National Debate Championship was held in 2009 where 140 teams participated and the 5th National was held in 2010, 175 teams participated which was highest in the country.
Internal Tournaments: SDF organizes many internal tournaments throughout the year. It arranges workshop of debate for the freshers in the beginning of the year. Then freshers debate championship, Inter-department and pre-national debate competitions are organized one by one. 15th January is the birthday of SDF. It organizes Mix-up debate championship just before the birthday where best debaters participate and a team is formed by the members of three different institutions. SDF is the pioneer of Mix-up debate.

Making Debaters: Making debaters is the mission of SDF. SDF transforms entirely new people into debaters where they find the chance to increase their knowledge, ability, presentation skills and eloquence. Throughout its journey, SDF has created lot of debaters who successfully participated in many tournaments.
Social Responsibility: Besides debating SDF is proud to perform many social activities. In 2007, SDF distributed warm cloths for the poor people in Rangpur during winter. SDF arranges many social awareness programs regarding children, women, diseases like AIDS etc.
Coordinators: Chief Coordinator Tahsina Yasmin, Assistant Professor, Dept. of English and Coordinator Mahbubur Rahman, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering, supervise all the activities of SDF precisely. They guide every member and ensure a friendly atmosphere in the club. They keep the club as a family by their affection. Chief Coordinator Tahsina Yasmin says, ‘SDF has already created a mark in the debate arena of Bangladesh . It also wants to do the same in the international arena. It will achieve more glory by creating brotherhood in debate fraternity, by its strong organizational capacity and by practicing more and more debate. Thus SDF will contribute to the making of future leaders and thinkers for the country.’ Coordinator Mahbubur Rahman says, ‘SDF is the place where new people find the opportunity for personal development. SDF organizes fair debates and makes the debaters raise their voice against tyranny.’
Members of SDF: At present there are 150 active members of SDF. They arrange study sessions and practice debates every week. Present President of SDF Shuvro Pramanik is proud to be a member of SDF and wants to continue loving SDF. Vice President Lutful Amin says, ‘It’s thrilling when I debate for SDF, and beating teams of famous institutions is such a wonderful feeling.’ Another Vice President Shuvro Dey says, ‘Debate can make us logical to raise our voice against social oppression and inhumanity. It brings new dimension in our mind.’ General Secretary Naeem Farhad Islam is very enthusiastic to participate and win debates.
Future plan: The future plan of SDF is to continue these activities precisely giving the students opportunity to increase their skills, ability, and knowledge and become logical. SDF is keen to have a good relationship with other clubs removing all obstructions. SDF will continue making the field for debaters, being the best debate club and an organization that Stamford University Bangladesh is proud of.

Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) arranged a Discussion and Doa-Mahfil on International Mother Language Day at City Campus on February 20, 2011. Prof. Dr. M. Shamsul Haque, Vice-Chancellor, NUB graced this occasion as the Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Md. Nurul Islam, Registrar, NUB chaired the program.                                                                               
Among others, Prof. Dr. Sadruddin Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Prof. Dr. A. W. M Abdul Haq, Dean, Faculty of Law, Lt. Col. (Rtd.) Aqtedar Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional Registrar and Proctor in Charge, NUB were also present. Most of the teachers, students and officers of NUB were present and gave valuable speech on the occasion. Mr. Abdul Matin, Senior Asst. Registrar, NUB moderated the program.

Chief Guest said that, 21st February is one of the very remarkable day in our National life. Because it is not only the day of Martyrs but also the day of achievement as International Mother Language Day. Thousands of men of our country laid of down their lives for Mother Language ‘Bangla’ as state language. So we should maintain the importance of Bangla as mother tongue and state language he added.

The Discussion ended with Doa-Mahfil for the martyrs of Language Movement.

Stamford University Bangladesh cricket team `Gladiator’ was given a warm reception on behalf of the university

Last 03 February, 2011 Stamford University Bangladesh cricket team `Gladiator’ was given a warm reception on behalf of the university. This warm reception was arranged in a Chinese restaurant at Dhanmondi on the occasion of the championship acquired by the university cricket team in the recent ULAB Fair play cup Inter-Private university T-20 cricket Tournament. At first, Prof. Dr. M.A. Hannan Feroz , President Stamford University Board of Trustees, greeted all the players, coach, manager and other related officers with flowers. He congratulated the cricket team and said, `the world cup cricket tournament is going to start in a few days. This time a few matches will be held in Bangladesh. You will learn more from this match; will make yourselves more capable in the field of cricket. I express my hope that, some of you will probably play in the next world cup.’ He declared to grant a scholarship to each member of Stamford cricket team.
Vice-Chancellor, Stamford University Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. M. Majibur Rahman also delivered his speech on the occasion. He said, Along with globalization, Stamford students are making themselves acknowledged in the fields of debate, sports and culture as will as education. In the continuation of this, Stamford cricket team recently has won this cricket tournament, which is a matter of pride and glory. In the beginning of the program, Mr. Golam Rabbani, Lecturer, Business Faculty, Stamford and Manager of Stamford cricket Team delivered his welcome speech. Then, he introduced the players with everyone present. At last, Stamford cricket Team handed over their trophy to president, Stamford University Board of Trustees. In the program, members of Stamford Board of Trustees, Registrar, Proctor, Department Heads and many others important officials were present.

Tribute to Northern University Theater


Northern University Theater  on Victory day of 

Bangladesh

Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) is committed to providing personalized attention to all students from the time they aspire to attend until the successful completion of their degrees.

With this objective in view, Mr. Ali Azgor Talukder, Associate Professor of the Department of English with some students opened the door of NUB Theater on 2007. But due to some various unforeseen contingencies, it was failed to prolong its activities except some shows in orientation programs.

In 2010, Sajib, Mostafiz and Bikash, students of the department of Pharmacy, Law and BBA along with Mr. Tuhin, Deputy Registrar designed to give a new life to NUB Theater. For the first time they arranged a 3-day long workshop for collecting members. A member of Dhaka Theater and actor Mr. Shuvashish Voumik and a young eminent script writer and Asst. Professor of the Department of Drama and Dramatics, Jahangirnagar University Mr. Anan Zaman conducted that workshop. A total of 33 students took part in the workshop.

Then another 2-day long workshop was arranged by Mr. Anan Zaman and Mr. Nithor Mahbub, member of theater group “Shopnodol” also conducted a 3-day long Mime workshop. Another different workshop on “Lathikhela” was conducted by Mr Bakar Bakul for the sake of stage drama.            

Northern University Theater   
After these workshops, NUB Theater dare to perform a stage show. On the occasion of 8th Founding anniversary of NUB, they successfully staged their premier showSHOKHSHOO” by Anan Zaman on 31st October’10 at Jatiya Nattashala of Bangladesh Shilpokala Academy. The Honorable Secretary Shuraya Begum of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs was the Chief Guest. The play was directed by Mr. Kazi Towfiqul Islam Emon. Mr. Jhuna Chowdhury, Secretary General, Bangladesh Group Theater Federation highly appreciated their performance.
NUB Theater then performed another show of “SHOKSHOO” at Singaire, Savar in a Drama festival where thousands of viewers enjoyed the show.

For observing the National Victory Day 2010, NUB Theater performed a Street Show at Savar Jatiyo Smiriti Soudho. The play was called “Jonoyko Iman Ali”, by Khairul Bashar. They also performed this show beside Dhanmondi Lake.


In January 2011, NUB Theater staged 2 more shows of SHOKSHOO at the Studio Theater in Bangladesh Shilpokola Academy. It’s a worth notifying that among all other private universities, NUB Theater is the only one group who performed Stage Drama in several times at Bangladesh Shilpokola Academy within a very short time.
   
The present members of the NUB Theater are: Sajib-Pharmacy, Mostafiz-Law, Moni-Law, Raju-Pharmacy, Rib-CSE, Bikash-BBA, Atul- BBA, Sazzad-BBA, Forhad-BBA, Shaikat-BBA, Bipresh-Law, Choton-Law, Mehdee-Law, Sadia-Law, Shohag-Law, Ratul-BBA, Ani-Pharmacy, Hira-BBA, Azhar-Pharmacy  


Future plan

“Theater for Change” is the slogan of NUB Theater. Here “change” means good against evil in our society as well as our country.
We want to perform Stage Show all over the country. At first we have a plan to go to Rajshahi and Khulna next month. But before that we will arrange another workshop. We are planning to arrange Theater Festival within this year with all private universities.

I am very much confident about the success of their endeavors. My objective is to let people know NUB Theater.

NUB authority is willing and anxious to provide the Theater with all kinds of Support.

Prof. Dr. M. Shamsul Haque, Vice-Chancellor, NUB graced this occasion as the Chief Guest. Dr. Md. Harun Ar Rashid, Head, Dept. of Pharmacy, NUB chaired the program.

Among others, Prof. Dr. Md. Nurul Islam, Registrar, NUB and Mr. Selim Barami, Deputy Director (In-Charge) Directorate of Drug Administration Bangladesh was present as special guest and gave valuable speech.

Ms. Bilkis Begum, Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology Department, University of Dhaka has recently joined ASA University Bangladesh as Chairman of Dept. of Pharmacy and Dean of Faculty of Science & Engineering on deputation from University of Dhaka. She served as a teacher in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology Department, University of Dhaka for last 24 years. She has 22 publications in local and international journals at her credit.

Stamford University English department organized a conference on Language and Literature Teaching: Exploring Opportunities and Facing the Challenges on 27 January 2011 at Stamford University auditorium. Prof. Dr. Syed Manzoorul Islam professor, University of Dhaka was the keynote speaker. Ms. Fatinaaz Feroz, Member board of TrusteesStamford University was the chief guest and Prof. Dr. Majibur Rahman VC of Stamford University was guest of honor. The program was start with the speech of Prof. Syed Anwarul Haq Chairmen, Department of English Stamford University. Participants from different university submit and present their papers.

Department of English, Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) arranged a Study Circle on “Life Style and Model of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (sm.). Prof. Dr. Sadruddin Ahmed, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Head of the Dept. of English chaired the study circle.                          

Among others, Assistant Prof. Ali Azgor Talukder, Kamiz Uddin Ahmed, Coordinator, Masters Program, Dept. of English delivered their speech on the topic. All of the teachers and students of the Dept. of English were participated on the program.

Prof. Dr. Sadruddin Ahmed said, Most of the scientists and famous writers of the World has agreed that Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (sm.) is the most intellectual and follow able person in the world forever. The writer of the famous book ‘Life style of 100 intellectual persons’ Michel Hunt said about Muhammad (sm.), He is only man in the world who not only spoke but also implemented a model State by Islam.

Stamford University Bangladesh organized admission fair for Summer trimester 2011 from 06 to 09 March 2011 in Dhanmondi and Siddeswari campus. With the motto “Education for Tomorrow’s World” Stamford University Bangladesh offers 26 undergraduate and gradate programs under 13 departments. In the fair the students got brief idea about admission process and all the courses of Stamford University Bangladesh. A large number of student, guardian, and visitor were present on the occasion.  Special discount on admission form was also offered for newly admitted student.

North South University Cine & Drama Club (NSUCDC) initiates the annual drama event by staging the romantic comedy of Oscar Wilde ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ on March 15 and March 16, 2011 in the campus. The comedy was directed by Sudip Chakraborthy and translated by NSUCDC members. Before this very show the comedy was staged twice by NSUCDC in National Theatre Hall at Shilpakala Academy.

Recently Department of Economics of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) organized a fresher’s welcome program on the occasion of first year celebration of its recently launched BSS Economics program. The colorful program was divided into two sessions. In the first session, Professor Dr. Ahmed Neaz of the department delivered an inspiring speech addressing the students and also shared his experience with them. The session ended by cutting the first year celebration cake. The second session of the program included an enchanting cultural program performed by the department students. The program was attended by the Honorable Dean of FBA (Faculty of Business Administration) and FASS (Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences) Professor Dr. Charles C. Villinueva.

The slogan of this year’s program was “Equal access to education, training and science & technology: Pathway to decent work for women”. UNFPA Deputy Representative in Bangladesh, Ms. Yuki Suehiro graced the occasion as the chief guest while renowned artist Ms. Sara Zaker, Managing Director, ASIATIC attended the program as the special guest.

Business Club of ASA University Bangladesh has recently organized a seminar on “Capital Market in Bangladesh: A Review of Recent Scenario', which was held at ASA University Bangladesh. Vice Chancellor, ASA University Bangladesh Prof. Md. Muinuddin Khan presided over the meeting, while Professor Dr. Salahuddin Ahmed Khan, Professor, Dept. of Finance, Dhaka University and former Chief Executive Officer of Dhaka Stock Exchange attended the seminar as the Chief Guest. Prof. Dr. Iqbal Hossain, Chairman, Dept. of Business Administration, teachers and students from different department also present on that seminar.

They discussed the background of DSE, the reasons for increasing participation of bank in stock market, underlying causes of market crash, and the impact on money supply, how index can be measured, the role of commercial bank, problems and prospects of capital market, suggestions to strengthen the regulatory bodies like SEC, DSE, governmental initiatives and policies.

In his speech Professor Salahuddin Ahmed Khan said, Share Market of Bangladesh is in disastrous condition now-a-days. Everyday the prices of different shares are subject to serious fall. Syndicates are working behind this recent plunge. This also caused the past crisis also, but they could not manipulate the market at that time. He said poor monitoring and market surveillance and lack of professionalism, resulted in abnormal price behavior for many share. To overcome this problem he suggests the change of management in SEC, appointment of right group in regulatory bodies, better management with greater professionalism in financial institutions, etc. 
 Mr. Amit S. Huq read out the keynote paper and also gave a presentation on factors which affect stock price and the capital market, share market crisis, analysis and recommendations.

Prof. Md. Muinuddin Khan suggested the investor to consider the fundamentals of a company while they invest in shares and bonds instead of being swayed away by speculation and heresys and all stakeholders should maintain ethical standard.

Milestone College is the name of best educational institution at present time in the country. The institution has gained huge confidence among the guardians due to its continuous success in fulfilling the dreams of students.  M.N.R.S. Trust conducted and the government approved Milestone College started its journey from 2002-2003 session with taking the responsibly for providing quality education in good environment. With in a short time, the institution is showing excellent performances one after another. It has now become one of the big and well-known educational institutions not only in Dhaka city but also in the whole country.
Cultural activities in milestone college
Renowned educationalist in the country-Principal Colonel Nurun Nabi (Retd) is the founder an x-principal of the institution located at Uttara Model Town in the city. Professor Nurun Nabi is a highly experienced person as he was the founder principal of RAJUK Uttara Model College and the principal of Foujdarhat Cadet College and Jhenidah Cadet College. Mr Nabi informs that Milestone is committed to ensure quality education that can help a student be an ideal person, create humane character, see dream and implement the dream.   
Milestone College has continued its success every year. According to sources, Milestone ranked sixth in the country’s best institutions as it showed 100 percent passing rate and more GPA-5 results in SSC examination in 2009. The institution has also ranked fifth in the institutions under Dhaka Education Board for its performance in the SSC examination in 2009.  Milestone College was also in strong position in the HSC examination of 2009 as it ranked 10th in the institutions under Dhaka Board for good performance in GPA-5 results. In 2010, it also continued success where 99 percent students passed in SSC and 99.55 percent in HSC examinations. In 2008, passing rates of the institution were 100 percent in SSC and 99.8 percent in HSC.
 First time, a total of 583 students of Bangla version and English version from Milestone school section took part in the Primary School Certificate Examination in 2009 and of which 579 students passed, showing 85 percent first division. 19 students got scholarships in talent pull and two in general grade. In the Junior Scholarship Examination of 2009, students of Milestone secured the whole 20 scholarships under Turag Thana.  Of which 13 scholarships came in talent pull and 7 in general grade.

Total of 698 students of Bangla version and English version from Milestone school section took part in the Primary School Certificate Examination in 2010 and 100% students passed and 663 students got  first division. The institution has also ranked 5th in the institutions in all Bangladesh  for its performance Primary School Certificate Examination in 2010.  Milestone school success also junior School Certificate Examination in 2010. Total of 675 students of Bangla version and English version from Milestone school section took part in the juniour School Certificate Examination in 2010 and 100% students passed . The institution has also ranked 13th in the institutions under Dhaka Education Board for its performance in the junior  School Certificate Examination in 2010.
Milestone College’s dazzling results in SSC examination-2011. In this year total of 525 students appeared SSC examination from Milestone college. Achieved 100% success rate. A total of  227 students have scored GPA-5.  Total of  366 students appeared  from science group and 217 students have scored GPA-5.  Total of  159 students appeared  from commerce group and 10 students have scored GPA-5.
Milestone College was also recognised as the best educational institution by Dhaka Board in 2008.  It can be here mentioned that passing rates of the institution were 100 percent and 99.8 percent in SSC and HSC examinations respectively held 2008. Statistics shows that students of the institution do better in HSC examinations than SSC examinations, and most of the students secure GPA-5.
The main campus of Milestone College is located on beautiful and polluted-free place at Uttara Model Town in the Dhaka city. The college is conducting other four campuses in different parts of Dhaka city. Students can study in Bangla version and English version under the national curriculum. Academic activities of the institution are conducted under the direct supervision of skill administration. It also ensures good preparation of students through supervision of classes, examinations, presence, etc and if necessary arranges extra classes and examinations for the students.
Founder of Milestone - Colonel Nurun Nabi 
A total of 412 experienced teachers are employed in its five campuses. Of them two former Cadet College principals and one vice-principal, four retired colonels and seven retired majors are engaged in the institution. There is a dynamic academic board comprising of retired colonels, majors and commanders of education core. The institution has a rich library of 25,000 books. Following the trends of globalization it has also diversified its academic activities so that its students can compete at home and abroad. There is a subject related lab and commuter lab with broadband internet facility.  Milestone College has all kind of modern arrangements to ensure a good environment in providing quality education. It has own all time security arrangement and accommodation facility for male and female students. Open campuses, class rooms, planned sanitation system and well-spread common rooms also ensure good environment in the institution. The 33rd meeting of the Board of IBAT Trust the founding body of NUB was held


The 33rd meeting of the Board of International Business, Agriculture and Technology Trust (IBAT), the founding body of Northern University Bangladesh was held on January o6, 2011 at 5pm at the office of the chairman at 93, Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka. Prof. Dr. M. Shamsul Haque, chairman of the Trust Presided in the meeting. The meeting was attendant by all the members.

The meeting reviewed the progress and performance of NUB, approved the budged of the University including offering group life insurance with ALICO and 10% pay raise for teachers and staff. The meeting resolved to introduce Information Communication Technology (ICT) in all the departments and libraries of NUB and incoming teachers to use ICT based teaching to improve quality of education at NUB. The Board of Trusties congratulated The Vice-chancellor and Treasurer getting for reappointment of another tenure and thanked the Chancellor for that purpose.

The Board further resolved to construct a permanent campus of Northern University Bangladesh as soon as possible.
